Y’know, year in, year out, I make a big to-do about doing a ‘Year in Review’ article, and it seems like every time I begin work on one, I’m amazed that things can actually get worse from where I was at this time the year before. Maybe I’m in a bad state of mind this time of year or something (GO RETAIL INDUSTRY), but for the first time in a long time, I don’t think this year sucked worse so much as plateaued.

Is that change I can believe in?
