AND EAT IT!

After my somewhat cursed phone browser moderated another comment into the Chasm of Spam, I started looking into ways to dig through the bowels of WordPress’s engine and recover the misfiled ones. And well, I managed to do it. So, the spam’d comments are back up where they should be, and as a bonus, all the genuine spam has been cleared for good- which should speed up loading the site overall!

 

Since this post is addressing a technical issue disguised as a Futurama reference, I’m now going to retreat to a fort made of bedsheets before people start assuming I give a runny crap about Star Trek and Linux and neckbeard care or whatever other Computer Science student stereotypes spring to mind.

I’ve tried a couple theme months before and inevitably lose track of my plans partway through to make all the usual stupid digressions I normally do. But I think this one will be the exception, as nearly anybody who knows me personally will tell you. I’ve been a giant robot fanboy since 1983’s Transformers and have amassed an army of model kits and action figures that shows it pretty damn well. So, March is Mecha Month. Or March of the Machines or something. Whatever the name, the point is; this will be a month full of pieces on mecha anime and even some toy geekery. Like this.

I took a while after letting my feet decompress to make proper indexes for the old content- you can reach the old Games via the “Review” link above, and the other junk through “Articles. Once I redo the gallery in a similar manner, I’ll kill the “Old Stuff” button off entirely.

Revolver is going to be twice a week for the time being, in case the presence of only two pages last week. But for now.. tired.
