I never really use it to begin with. I’m pretty sure it’s Confuse or Berserk, rather than Charm.
Also, I wish. It’s more of a weird POIK POIK noise though. I think it’s the same noise Lavos Bits make after attacking.
From what I know of Japanese pop-culture, that really IS a taunt. But because we’re in America, and she is showing her ass, it automatically has to do more with sex.
