I’ve been planning a while to have the last ten days til Christmas as busy as possible, releasing my year end reflections in installments this time. Though it’s rather late in the evening, this still counts as day 10, dammit.
It’s really been a pretty good year all in all. Good enough that I feel less like beginning this year’s festivities with the assertion that this was totally the worst year ever surpassing all others. For example, there’s a small light at the end of the tunnel in the form of Bush leaving the White House early into next year. Not that I think one random Texan leaving one random building will be the magic bullet that fixes everything that’s wrong with the world, but well… I think getting rid of the current administration is a step in the right direction, even if they were a hell of a gift to Comedy Central writers.

I’m saying that the Bush administration was a comedy gold mine. And what’s a mine without some toxic offal?
I hope you are not somehow implying that Little Bush was a good idea.
