Gatty, Beretta, “Speedâ€, Derringer and Daisy, along with some more details of the thing on Gatty’s arm. The upper ipod looking thing is kind of a combination health monitor and communicator usually hidden up the sleeve, and the lower gauntlet portion contains a drum-style container for vials of spare blood, along with a memory alloy plate to protect the thing or be shaped easily into different stuff. I need to mess with more technical drawing to really nail this kind of stuff, but the idea is two half-circle clips connect around the forearm and are rotated/chambered by the gauntlet for use. (Since her powers use her blood as a medium it becomes quickly apparent that jabbing a knife into herself isn’t a very practical way to win a longer battle.)
Also, been toying with a logo. I like the basic idea of the ‘magic’ star being there and split off for both the A and D. Not really married to a particular type style just yet.
Anyway, these are just warm-up sketches. I think I’m going to either mess with comic stuff or begin a Slayers Sunday drawing since that’s a thing now.
